ONEOK, Inc Pipeliner in Garden City, Texas

JOB SUMMARY

ONEOK is seeking a highly skilled Pipeliner. Developing a two-person crew to maintain our facilities and pipeline field units.

Job Profile Summary

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Uses hand tools such as shovels, and spill kits to clean up possible spills and constructing earthen containment barriers

  • Work around LACT units. Cleaning using power washers.

  • Constructs, installs, maintains and repairs production sites and facilities, such as tanks, Pipe, valves, and other equipment, systems and installations.

  • Cleans and maintains areas in and around the work area.

  • Assist in pipeline pigging operations

  • Grass/weed cutting using weed eaters and chemical sprayers.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education

  • Previously obtained a high school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Have basic to intermediate knowledge level of Microsoft Office Applications, (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc...).

  • Be able to work in both a team setting and as an individual with minimal supervision

  • Interface with technical services, landowners, contractors, etc...

  • Possess a valid state driver’s license with the ability to obtain Department of Transportation (DOT) certification if required
